Shipping & Returns

Unless otherwise instructed, shipment is generally made promptly upon receipt of order. We ship daily on weekdays excluding holidays. Customers requesting delayed delivery can expect shipment approximately 7 days prior to the requested delivery date. You will be notified by email if we are unable to ship your order within three working days of receipt or scheduled shipping date. It is our sincere desire that you be satisfied with the products we deliver. If for any reason your are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately by email or by calling (800) 777-5292. If we are unable to rectify the problem to your satisfaction you will be issued a return authorization number and you may return your product for a full refund (excluding shipping). Returned products must be complete and in saleable condition. Refunds will not be issued on orders returned without a return authorization number.
